We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Cafe Manager to oversee operations at our poolside cafe within a private swimming facility!
Location: East Kilbride
Position Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting salary of £24,000 per annum
Hours of Work: Contracted hours with weekday afternoon and evening shifts including alternating weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the poolside cafe
Lead and supervise cafe staff, ensuring excellent customer service
Oversee food preparation, quality, and hygiene standards
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage stock
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests
Provide training for new cafe staff members
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality management
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Food Hygiene certificate (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
